Invisible Hand Add-on for FireFox

FireFox  is the web browser I use instead of Internet Explorer. It is safer and more versatile. There are countless add-ons for this browser. Invisible Hand is a good one.

Invisible Hand Add-on always gets you the lowest price. Invisible Hand shows a discreet notification when the product you're browsing can be bought for a lower price elsewhere. It gives you a link directly to the product page at the competing retailer.

Spoof Email Tutorial

Spoof emails can be a major problem for unsuspecting Internet users. Claiming to be sent by well-known companies, these emails ask consumers to reply with personal information, such as their credit card number, social security number or account password.
These deceptive emails are called "Spoof Emails" because they fake the appearance of a popular Web site or company in an attempt to commit identity theft. Also known as "hoax" or "phishing" emails, this practice is occurring more and more frequently throughout the online world.

Ebay provides a 5 step tutorial which is very easy to follow.
Topics:
  1. What is Spoof Email?
  2. How to spot a Spoof Email.
  3. How to spot a fake web site
  4. What to do about Spoofs.
  5. Protecting your account
This tutorial is useful beyond eBay. I highly recommend it.
